The cartoons center around Brooklyn the Pigeon, Wayne the Raccoon, and Madison the Goose. Created by Matty Stone, the first set of animations were set around Lake Merritt in downtown Oakland. During the pandemic, the characters came inside and lived with Matty. After the pandemic, and the adjustment to life after it, the characters found themselves in everyday situations. They even stowed away in Matty’s steamer trunk, and visited London. You can see all the Grand Lake cartoons on Youtube.
